After being inspired by the funky aprons that the waitresses at the new Psycho Suzi's location were sporting, I picked up this great book at my favorite local craft store Crafty Planet. It's called "A Is For Apron" by Nathalie Mornu. This apron was one of the main reasons I purchased the book. I decided to make it for my daughter using Michael Miller's Dumb Dots for the underlayer and Alexander Kaufman's Cupcake for the overlayer. I haven't used rickrack and ball fringe much at all, so it was fun to get some practice working with these decorative finishings. I loved the end result, so I'll definitely be making it again.
